Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

H4 should be completely rewritten. It currently does not take account of the national policy on meeting all housing needs and falls short of the standard set by the council’s own Local Plan of 2018.

Self build and custom housing needs more detailed provision in this plan. Currently it is completely inadequate and will not meet the needs of local residents. The district’s infrastructure will also not support these plans.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The proposed policy ensures a significant proportion of affordable housing, particularly First Homes, which is essential for addressing local housing issues. This initiative will foster inclusivity and stability within communities.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Adopting the requirement for 27-57% affordable housing in new developments is crucial for addressing housing inequalities. First Homes will support first-time buyers and ensure responsible developer contributions.

The rigid affordable housing requirements could discourage vital investment. A more flexible approach tailored to individual circumstances is necessary to meet community needs.
