Policy H3 is a joke there's no need for any further development.

The Council has housing targets to reach and needs to allocate sites in order to be able to do so provide this. The sites have been evaluated and are suitable.

Policy H3 is flawed as it lacks provisions for custom house building on individual plots and does not address infrastructure needs. I believe the policy should be revised to clearly require developers to allocate plots for self-building, balancing this with the inevitable construction of standard houses. More careful consideration is needed to ensure the policy effectively encourages self-build opportunities and addresses infrastructure requirements.
