Policy H3 also should relate directly to the number of custom build sites that will be allocated. Currently the 50 sites allocated for housing will not be served well by local infrastructure because of poor local transport links and the lack of nearby green spaces, which, are sparse at best. There needs to be a direct link between this and the main policies on these topics.

I believe Policy H4 requires a complete rewrite as it does not align with the national policy on meeting all housing needs and falls short of the standards set by the 2018 Local Plan. Additionally, it lacks sufficient detail regarding self-build and custom housing, which is inadequate to meet local residents' needs. The current plan also overlooks the district's infrastructure capacity, which will not support these housing proposals.
