The site does lies within a nature reservation and therefore the likelihood of developing 6 houses on this site would be limited given the perceived impact on designated Heritage Assets such as the Conservation Area and nearby Listed Buildings. Any development proposal would therefore have to have to be in accordance with Local Plan policies and National Policies in order that it would be expected to ensure the development is in-keeping with the local historic character and development would be expected to enhance heritage assets.
