Having engaged with several community initiatives in the past and now seeing this Local Plan proposal, I can confidently say it’s a substantial step forward. The methods proposed for sustainable development will engender a more conscientious community while ensuring our landscapes remain intact for generations to come. Importantly, the focus on providing ample open spaces is commendable; these areas serve as essential retreats for both young and old alike. Moreover, I am particularly pleased with the commitment to design quality.
