I was pleased to learn about the Publication Plan and the efforts taken to consult with the public. Given the imminent changes to national planning policy, it makes sense to pause and assess how these will impact our local Green Belt. I appreciate the council's prudence in not rushing ahead without clear government guidance. It’s imperative that we as a community remain engaged and ensure any decisions truly reflect the desires of local residents. Our Green Belt is a cherished area that deserves thoughtful consideration and preservation. Those who live here should have a say in its future.
