It's clear that a settlement hierarchy is crucial for guiding our district into the future. The research conducted in the Rural Services and Facilities Audit has provided foundational data that should not be ignored. By differentiating between the tiers of villages, we can avoid the mistake of blanket development strategies that do not account for local needs. My hope is that with this hierarchy, Tier 1 areas will gain the attention they deserve while simultaneously uplifting lower-tier villages through targeted support. This proposal can truly promote a more equitable distribution of services across our diverse district.
