The studies listed, while seemingly comprehensive, do not take into account the dynamic socio-economic changes occurring within Example District. I worry that these outdated or unresponsive studies could lead to policies that fail to address the pressing concerns we currently face, such as housing affordability and local employment opportunities. Relying on documents without considering how rapidly our community is evolving appears shortsighted. I strongly believe that the Local Plan requires an urgent reassessment that reflects our current reality rather than outdated assumptions.
