It is rather troubling to see the evidence base for the Local Plan presented in its current form. The lack of inclusive and comprehensive studies reveals an oversight in truly understanding the needs of the Example District community. Policies designed on weak evidence risks misalignment with the very people they are meant to assist. I believe it is vital to gather dynamic, multifaceted research that captures the diversity and richness of our community experiences. To proceed effectively, the evidence base must be revisited and expanded, allowing for a wider dialogue around community needs.
