Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Simply increasing local job availability won't combat out-commuting, as people often seek better opportunities elsewhere. The plan needs to focus on developing attractive, high-quality job opportunities with career progression.

Testun llawn:

The proposed focus on addressing out-commuting by creating local jobs seems overly simplistic and doesn't take into account the complexities of human behaviour and economic choices. People often choose to work outside the district for reasons beyond mere availability of local jobs, such as better wages and career progression. While I support initiatives that aim to retain residents, simply providing more jobs is insufficient. The plan should also consider strategies for developing attractive job opportunities locally, those that appeal to highly skilled individuals and provide clear career development paths. Job retention is not just an economic issue; it's about quality of life for our residents.
