Policy H3 also should relate directly to the number of custom build sites that will be allocated. Currently the 50 sites allocated for housing will not be served well by local infrastructure because of poor local transport links and the lack of nearby green spaces, which, are sparse at best. There needs to be a direct link between this and the main policies on these topics.

Accepted. We will endeavour to add specific policies for custom build houses in teh next version of the plan.
