I believe Policy H4 needs a complete rewrite, as it fails to align with national policy for addressing all housing needs and does not meet the standards of the council's Local Plan from 2018. Additionally, I feel that the plan lacks sufficient detail for self-build and custom housing, which is inadequate for local residents' needs. Furthermore, I am concerned that the district's infrastructure will not support these housing plans.
