Rutland County Council responded well to the Regulation 18 consultation and considered all responses through the Local Plan Steering Group. One site proposed at Regulation 18 is not included in the Regulation 19 consultation after councillor and Cabinet deliberation. Despite objections, councillors assessed whether sites could be developed, balancing objections with mitigation measures provided by professional staff to ensure the sites met legal and soundness requirements.
