I believe Policy H4 needs a complete rewrite to align with national housing policies and the 2018 Local Plan. The plan's provisions for self-build and custom housing are inadequate and fail to meet local needs or account for infrastructure limitations. Additionally, Policy H3 should specify the number of custom build sites, as the current allocation of 50 sites is unsupported by local transport and green spaces. A clear connection between site allocations and policies on infrastructure and amenities is essential.
