Policy H4 needs a complete rewrite as it does not align with national housing policies or the standards set by the 2018 Local Plan. It inadequately addresses self-build and custom housing needs, which are essential for local residents, and fails to consider the district’s infrastructure capacity.

Thanks for your considered points. We will make changes to policy H4 to better align with national policy as suggested.
