I believe Policy H4 needs a complete rewrite as it does not align with the national policy on meeting housing needs and falls short of the standards set by the 2018 Local Plan. The plan lacks sufficient detail on self-build and custom housing, making it inadequate to meet local residents' needs. Additionally, the district’s infrastructure would not support the current proposals, highlighting the need for a more comprehensive and realistic approach.
