I believe Policy H4 needs a complete rewrite, as it fails to align with national policy on addressing all housing needs and does not meet the standards of the council's 2018 Local Plan. Additionally, the plan lacks sufficient detail regarding self-build and custom housing, rendering it inadequate for local residents' needs. Furthermore, the district's infrastructure is not equipped to support these housing plans.

Furthermore, I am concerned that the district's infrastructure is insufficient to support these housing plans.

Policy H4 should be completely rewritten. It currently does not take account of the national policy on meeting all housing needs and falls short of the standard set by the council's own Local Plan of 2018.

Self build and custom housing needs more detailed provision in this plan. Currently it is completely inadequate and will not meet the needs of local residents. The district's infrastructure will also not support these plans.

Accepted. We will endeavour to add specific policies for custom build houses in teh next version of the plan.
